Hi ,DelIf you are using the Phantom 3 Pro/Adv , please connect your device to the RC with a compatible cable . The RC should be on and you can get access to the camera by then , after that link the RC with the aircraft in the DJI Go . If playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device. As you might have already noticed, not all DJI drone models work with the same app. So, here’s a quick rundown: The Phantom 4 works with the DJI Go 4 app. The Phantom 3 and Matrice series are compatible with the DJI Go app. The DJI Mini 2 and Air 2 are controlled via the DJI Fly app. You can move the camera up and down onscreen too. Have a look at the manual. The dial on the top left side (corner) of the remote controller is the "tilt" dial. It moves the camera looking up and down. Turning the camera left and right is done with the whole drone. There is a lot more information on this in the manual. If it still does then its probably a fault in the ribbon cables. You will have to disassemble the gimbal bit by bit until you find a fault and replace the faulty part. The cheapest and easiest thing to check, is the connection and ribbon cable between the drone and the gimbal board. You will need a 1.5mm hex screwdriver. The process is extremely simple. Really, it’s not any different from normal charging. Simply plug your battery, wait for the flashing red light to disappear and leave it charging for a few more hours than usual. That should kick it off hibernation mode. Like I said, most if not all drones use LiPo batteries. Reset the WiFi and rebind and see if that works.Page 25 and 26 of the manual. Make sure the cables are connected correctly (especially the 2 single wires). Then try to relink the RC and drone: I can use the remote control and move the gimbal up and down, but I haven't any picture on DJIGo on my iPhone. Since my posting I actually located a vendor with parts compatible to the DJI Phantom 3 series. I have since disassembled my drone and repaired it. The drone now works as it did when it was brand new with all areas of operation in perfect working condition. DJI Customer service on the phone was pathetic and the so called "Assessment" was never But after turning the phantom back on the controller no longer communicates with the camera. Green light is on the RC, but it either says disconnected or weak transmission. A red light flashes on the gimbal after it is turned on. I can not get it solid green anymore. When trying to install the original firmware 1.11 that installs as well. KZCxpp.
