Air suspension wont vent. As the title says the suspension wont vent , fitted new pads, dissicant and checked the compressor exhaust valve which I assume is the little rubber thing with the spring under the nut on the compressor, the 6 or so little holes seem clear. The car compressor just continues to run then it goes into extended mode or it so decided to take the cover off the air susp compressor to see what brand compressor i have and checked against ebay lookalikes and it seems its a hitachi air suspension compressor, so just went ahead and ordered a brand new replacement instead of mucking around with filters. to take the bottom cover off is easy 3 bolts and all is revealed. now just have to wait for the replacement from Melb PatriotLandyTX Discussion starter. 81 posts · Joined 2020. #1 · Jan 24, 2021. During my install of the Lucky8 SYA kit I hit a few snags in dealing with older airlines and the brass voss fittings. Each new airshock complete assembly cost me about $800 at dealer to replace. Compressor was like $1200. They also put in almost all new lines lots of leaks found, 2 faulty ride height sensors etc.. Luckily I only paid for 1 $800ish new air shock , the rest I had gotten right after i bought the extended warranty. If your scan tool can access fault codes and the only one you retrieve from other modules is the U0132, try to access the RLCM module. If you can access codes from the RLCM module, then the U0132 code is either intermittent or a memory code. The air system for the most part, does not care where the air comes from, only that there is near 200 psig air available. If you have a full air tank and still the 3 will not rise, then perhaps the compressor is OK and the trouble elsewhere - the odds are not however. oqSo.
